And mine.... dont fancy 50 odd K on drip. Here up North.. ish 50k will buy you a house, and a bit further up North 50k will buy you a house with windows, electric and gas,

Happily - I did not have to pay 50K.. always happy when someone else has paid for a big chunk of the depreciation..

In Middlesbrough, save some cash for the electric fence and guard dogs, and make sure next door aren't wired up your meter.
