Hi
I've just converted from the 7even owners to buying a 400SE. I'm living up in the Durham area and wondered if anyone could give me pointers as to who is a specialist in wedges up in the North East area.
If you have a regular meet up, please let me know where and when and I'll try to get there.
Thanks
Rick

Right then, you will be needing one of these Wedge Data CD and one of these BBWF DVD.
KJR.
PS. And a ticket to this BBW Xmas Do

Welcome Snow Mole.
Glad you made it
There aren't many Wedge-only meets in the Northeast,
but if you look over on the 'Northeast' section of the board, you'll see that the Pistonheads guys meet up at Shaftos bar near Spennymoor towards the end of each month.
Normally several TVRs there.
Also look out for the Big Northern Gathering (BNG) threads on the board, as that is a TVRCC event being held in York and Castle Howard next month.
I think most of us Northeast Wedgers will be going, if last year is anything to go by.
We are fortunate in having 'The Knowledge' Wedg1e up here amongst us, and I do occasionally pop round to annoy his neighbours, when I'm reduced to scratching away what little hair I have left

Gee, thanks for the welcome - I'll look forward to meeting up soon. I bought the 400SE that was for sale down in Somerset - reg letters RRN. I've not worked out how to put piccies onto threads yet, so if you look on the Pistonheads site or the TVRCC site under the sold 400's it should still be there.I'm taking it down to SSC at Boroughbridge to get the steering joints changed and check over.
It took some choosing and I hope I got a reasonable one which I can spend some time on making it my own. I rebuilt the se7en from the ground up, but hopefully not have to do the same with this car.
Bringing it back from Yeovil with small son in the car was exciting, but in 365 miles on a scorching saturday, it never missed a beat (wish it had missed a few refueling stops!!). All the way with the roof down and able to carry on a conversation at 70mph - should have sold the se7en sooner....
Cheers
