I was watching the ECU tester that went for £190

and then formulating a plan to get wedg1e to make them for a tenner then retiring next year

Does the ECU reader work with flapper ECU's? I always thought they only worked with the 14CUX from the hot wire setup.

Anyway there's another on eBay now!!!

No.
The 4CU (flap-type) can only be understood by members of the Wheel-tappers & Shunters Social Club, ie it has a hatch for the coal and a port for the water...

I have an Eaton supercharger suitable for up to 5l (the one off a Ford Thunderbird).
I never got around to fitting it, and bought the 400SX instead. So if you're interested, drop me a line. I think it's an M83 (or possibly an M90) off the top of my head.
