What the leather bit on the inside of the roof panel? If it is get some Jif (or Cif or whatever they call it now) dont rub too hard then clean it off and give it a good hide feed with some leather feed otherwise it will dry out.

If its not the leather bit then I will shut up.

The window bit can be cleaned with plastic polish to get some of the scratches off, the inner rear roof panel can get nasty, water stains, mold and even roof recolour dye seeping through the stitches on the panel and staining the inside material.

When I had my rear window and roof panel recoverd the material inside is now black instead of magnolia which should help with it not getting it so dirty in the future. As for cleaning it I would have thought it would have been a bugger, soapy water and a soft brush is about all I can suggest. Unless you can re-colour it with something?.

If you were to waterproof the outside it might help with the water stains/mold I would have thought once you get it clean that is.

I can't tell you what to use but I can tell you what not to use!
I tidied my hood up & thought the inside needed re-whitening so out came the whitener for my trainers.
looked a lovely job but dried rock solid & with having had the roof up & down a bit it's cracked the lining.
