So, the run out now goes from the car park, taking extra care with the icy steps, to the corridor minding the other guests and wall hangings, past reception taking extra care on the bend not to upset the post card display, careful negotiation of the bar doors and a very careful examination of the beverages.

Or we go up he road a bit?

Anybody that needs a stop en-route is very welcome to the 'US of K'
then on to pick up MikeB's posse.

Get in touch by e-mail if you are going asap.

I need to know what everybody wants off the menu and the hotel I believe requires the loot (the £21.95) up front prior to next week.

I will then e-mail everybody tomorrrow with the details.

Anyone want to meet up on the M4 Reading Services, we could then stop at every service on the M4 and pick up others for a mass invasion into Wales ?

All,

OK - I've made my meal choices : Thanks Mike..

Guess the Chickens are safe for now as I plumpted for Turkey

Paul & Michel suggested a meet-up en route to Wales on the M4 - where do you want to meet Paul ?

My route map suggests (3.5 hrs and M4 passing close to Bristol & Newport, then across country A449, A40 and a bunch of other small roads..)

Should we plan a meet at someones house (to annoy the neighbours) or meet en route.. anyone have any preferences for arrival time - my guess we want to be there at 19:00 at the latest but can be as early as 16:00..

3.5 Hours ! Have you moved from Woking ? Mine says 1.5 from Reading non stop, down the M4 and of at J24 up north in the bad country

I recall several services from Reading, Newbury - Chieveley, Chiltern?, Sutton ? and finally Magor. So how about tying to meet at Reading at 14.00, Magor @ 15.30 (and stop at Newbury if needed if anyone coming from South on A34 @14.30) then stop in Wales to join others ?

Cheers
