Engine tune-up - but where?

I've got a 350i (flapper type) with several of the usual mods on it, namely stage 3 heads, superflare inlet manifold trumpets, adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I'm looking to have the engine properly 'set up' - timing, fuelling etc.

Any suggestions where the best place to go is? I'm based in Banbury so anything in the Midlands is fine, but can travel further afield.

I would definitely recomend booking it into Austec, with Mark Adams to have it mapped etc.
