Anyone know how easy it is to look at/change the top diff carrier mounts on a trailing arm setup? I'm still on the trail of a looseness in the back end. Is it much easier to go in from above through the parcel shelf? What about lifting the 'carpet', can that be done & stuck back down? I don't want to ruin it.

If you’re going in from the top, then I would have thought it was in the boot, and you cut a hole similar to the one in the bible for fitting a roll bar p186-187.

I very nearly had to take my diff out as I had a dodgy drive shaft thread so I had a good look round. Here is a thread for diff removal in case you need to.
