Change Lights - anyone fitted one?

We have been undertaking an increasing number of track days and noticed many have change lights fitted. I can understand the benefit but:

- Has anyone fitted them? was it easy?
- Was it worth it?

I've got them on the T350 and they work very well..

Your brain more or less is telling you to change up but them you
get a optical signal and change..

It works well and is worth doing I'd say.
