Yeah time to sell. With the little un now 4 months old I just don't have the time.
I've had 6 good years with it and it will be the first time since I was 21 that I've not owned something a little 'special' in the automotive line. Who knows what the future holds though ?
I just hope she goes to an entusiast who will keep her going for another 6 years then I can have her back. !
Not taken long to generate interest though. I've someone coming over from Lancashire to have a look Sunday plus 3 other interested parties.

It's not 2 bad though !! Don't let it put anyone off !! I'd hate to have to run the car through the Summer !! ( not )

Nick
The car looks superb - I'm sure you will sell it were quickly as it seems to be 'priced right' for the market but I will say I think you should have used and enjoyed it more - 12K in 6 years : come on - wedges are for driving and not polishing in the garage..
As a penace for the last 6 years under use - I think you should warm her up and take her out for one last 'Damm good thrashing'...
Enjoy - as they say

Nick, that's lovely. Just commenting on your car in my other wedge thread.
I can honestly say I have never liked yellow cars, but have to say yours looks absolutely marvellous in that colour, even my son said "Daaaaaaaaaaaad, buy it, I like it in yellow!"
This is from an 8 year old boy that hasn't spoken to me properly since I sold my grey S3C....
I guess he likes yellow too!

Bootiful Nick! As I have always said about your car, just bootiful! It's thec colour that does it. I wasn't a fan of yellow until I saw and bought my car - and I've done 8,000 miles in 2 years.
What's the black stripe along the sill about?
JJ
Thanks JJ. The car was origionally blue. I guess Team Central just applied a bit of artistic license when she was resprayed. It may not be origional but personally I think it applies a nice contrast to the yellow.

Teacher : Ah Silverback Mike Jnr. What did you get for your Birthday ?
Silverback Mike Jnr : I got a car miss
Teacher : Oh. What is it ?
Silverback Mike Jnr : It's a TVR miss
Teacher : Ahh right ! Is it one of those new plastic ones with an electric motor
Silverback Mike Jnr : Well... It is plastic but Dad made sure it's got the origional 4 litre V8
Teacher : Ahhhh ...

It's worth every penny but I don't have the required amount of pennies.
