I had this off Trevor Bee of TET mouldings earlier, might be of use to somebody, there were a few posts lately regarding the lower spoilers........

I hope you are ok it has been a while since we talked.
After many enquieries about a front lower spoiler I have finaly managed to track one down.
Richard sent me his in two pieces which I have repaired and moulded. I have made the first one and sent it to Richard free of charge as a thanyou and he tells me there must be many of the 400 range running around without these spoilers so I was hoping that you might be able to put something on your site to start the job off.
The spoilers will cost £95.00.
For the early 280's I make a replacement fibreglass back for the wing mirrors which being metal are usualy very coroded if you would like to mention this also I would be very grateful.

Note that while it only looks like a strip from the front it is quite a large piece of fibre glass. Black colouring pigment mixed in so no need to paint. The air dam part is a circular arc in plan view and there is a horizontal flat extension infront of that which runs to the front of the car so that there are no air gaps. I made one once using RT's 450SE as a mould. Pity that I binned it years ago. £95 sounds like a very fair price.

AhA! You learn a new thing every day on here...
I thought it was just a narrow dam in front of the wheels.. my car has a lot of spare screw holes but I've never bothered to work out what shape the thing wouold actually be.
As for cost, I can never see why the materials are so expensive. You get the impression that the industry doesn't want the private user to have any of it...
- 95 quid is not to bad either.. I'm sure I was not the only one to hate the noise Paul's (GSX600) front spoiler made when it hit that high kerb
in the petrol station in Wales after the wedge Xmas meal.. 
I wouldn't like to make one for £95??
Knowing Trevor it will also be of very high quality. I sp[oke to hime the other day and I was surprised to learn that his wedge panels are his best sellers, But he could do with selling more. He does more signs than anything else thesedays.
I would recommend trevor to anyone and would advise that where possible anyone contemplating panel purchases should do so from trevor whilst we still have the resource available to us

Would definitely recommend TET. Bought a set of mirror pods from them last year to convert my 83 Tasmin from the older style door mirrors to the later Pod style.
