Oil capacity in a 450 with oil cooler?

I am due an oil and filter change. After looking at the plethora of info on this site, I am decided on 20w 50 Valvoline racing oil. My question is, how much do I need?

Will 5 lites be enough, or do I have to buy 10? (can't get hold of 1 litre bottle for top-ups)

For info, the engine is a 450 fitted with a "Mocal" oil cooler with all pipework etc.

You'll need about 6 litres, sorry.

I normally buy 15 litres, about 6 for each refill in my 4.5 and still some left for when you burn if out the exhaust
