Post 2003 or new cars only I think!

Top rate for older cars is 175.

If your only going for six months... get October, the seasons have shifted and Octobers stay quite nice.

175 for cars over 1.5L registered before 1st March 2001
190 for TVRs registered between 1st March 2001 and 23rd March 2006 (assuming all TVRs are above 186 g/km on CO2 emmisions)
