Envionmentally Friendly Wedge?

Picked the car up from MOT station and it passed without a problem!

Looked at the emission testing and found that CO emissions were 1.01% with a limit of 3.5% and the hydrocarbons were 115ppm against a limit of 1200ppm!

The question is does this qualify me for free road tax?

If not should I be pumping out more emissions as I am paying for them anyway!

OK - so whose car is the loudest in emission terms?

I presume the wedges' CO2 emmisions are low because we have no cat converting carbon monoxide/hydrocarbons to C02.

Oops, I'm getting confused as newer cars' tax is based on CO2 emissions.
