Sorry Mr Snake I am sure we dont mean to be so rude, things have been slow on the Wedge forum this week, most wedgers still in hibernation, Oulton park is not so far away from me, Where do I find the details ?? (if I am not to late) in fact how do we find out about future events for Wedges, I went to Anglesey in December and had a good day ? I am not sure I can make it at short notice, but I could try.

Dont forget, Keep the shinny side up and the greasy side down

Sorry Darren only saw your post this morning. Did you make it? i saw a nice 400 same colour as yours but couldn't find the owner - sorry we missed you if that was you. Also saw a nice dark blue 350i but only saw the owner as we followed it out the gate.
Plenty ops to meet up at the other races this season though.

No, not me I wanted to go to our local meeting today,sunday so had to trade with wifey and go looking at things in shops on saturday. then it pi**ed down all day today and ended up not going anywhere.

Sure we will meet sometime somewhere later

And is that Howards race car with its new paint job ???

That red wedge was on Isle of Man plates, as you can see in the first pic, it has Pistonheads stickers next to the numberplate and in the back window

I’ve just had a look at the race programme from Saturday, Howard Bryan was car number 13 so not the car in the pic. That was also the first time I've seen the "Thorpedo" in action....what a beast

Not of the Tasmin’s unfortunately, believe me, I wanted to get pics of all the cars but there seemed to be a lot of last minute fettling going on in the paddock so I felt like a bit of a lemon hanging about trying to get a few cheeky pictures

Unsurprisingly, this seemed to attract a lot of attention….

The paddock can get very active just before a race, especially the first one of the season. Quite a few of the teams / drivers weren't really ready for season start, myself included, and the threat of changing weather didn't help. Nice to see so many TVRs in the car parks though, hopefully as the weather improves we'll see even more.

Next time you're in the paddock drop by for a chat, the drivers are a really friendly bunch and above all TVR nutz.

Wandering around the paddock area at Oulton and reading posts elsewhere on here there does seem to be a great camaraderie amongst the drivers/teams which is good to see

The red wedge with the custom pipes,PH stickers and Manx plates is mine! Fame at last Woohoo ive been spotted.

Met some really nice Tiv people on Saturday looking forward to the rest of the season.
