Rear tie rod size -

Just in the processing of polybushing the rear and I have different size ends on the smaller end of the rods.
Is this normal to have two different sizes?

I note from the bible it recommends using a lathe to reduce the diameter of the bush, but it is probably easier for me to obtain a granada rod end, assuming this will fit the rod with the smaller rod end, which is presumably cortina?

Help, getting confused !!!!!!!!!!
