Tune up advice

The Wedge is pinking on hard acceleration and the emissions are a tad on the high side.
Any recommendations where to take it for tune up?
Ideal would be 30 mile radius of Farnham, but I suppose I can get to anywhere say - Surrey / Hampshire / West Sussex / Berkshire if I can wait while work done.

How much time do you think is needed, 1hr, 1 1/2hr tops?
