New Wedge !

Picked her up from Paul's this afternoon, and then had that 'maiden drive' a couple of hundred lonely miles back to Stockton. Always a bit nerve-racking, but thankfully she did the trip with ease, and of course restored to me the thrill of sitting behind the wheel of a Big Bad Wedge...only with the heart of a Chimaera HC. She sounds BRUTAL!

Sorrry Iain - didn't realise you were that close.

I was trying to keep ahead of the rain...which is now busy testing the waterproofing on the hood, as I was too tired to dry her off, and put her in the garage.

In the end I realised I didn't want to be parted from my boy for such a length of time.
Now I've bought him a good touring machine too, so we can ride out together.
Sometimes good sense has to prevail, even for a 'Wedger'.

The Chimaera HC, with new sportier cam.

Paul has now got the 4.6 into the Chim, which he demonstrated to me yesterday

Yes, all's well thanks Paul. Managed to take her out for a blast this afty, but afraid not up to your standards The brakes are soooo much better than my old 390's, which does inspire confidence. Tucked up in't garage now.
