My red wedge is going/Ebay?
Discussion
Due to me finally deciding to move out of home (at the age of 31!), I am selling my wedge
It is a 89F 350i, 74K STUNNING condition, full MOT, fully resprayed & dash re-vaneered. It is on the classifieds & it's well worth a look!, it is also on Ebay, with a few more photos & a full description.
I have about 30 high-res photos I can email to anyone interested.
I am situated in Nuneaton, just off M6 junction 3 A444, bout 8 miles from cov

Was going to put it in Autotrader if I don't have any luck on Ebay or here, but I reckon it will go with the condition it's in! - I have 41 watchers! & 9 people have emailed me for the photo's & it hasn't been on 24 hours yet. my reserve is very realistic.
Has anyone successfully sold a wedge on Ebay recently? - or is it a lost cause?
I thought I'd stick it on Ebay, as it's only £6. Won't get caught out - if my reserve isn't met it doesn't go simple as!
. & if it does sell, the buyer is coming with me to my bank & having their bankers draft verified & credited to my account before he or she has even held the keys.
I thought I would get more interest on here to be honest - why this year, all models seem to be £1000 - £1500 down on what they were going for this time last year - anyone worried!

Sadly there are some Phers that are happy to sell their cars at low prices. We all know that this affects the market, but that is their perogative. We cannot tell them what to sell their cars at.
There are also some wise sages on here, that will knock the price of a car just to amuse themselves - they know nuffink!
Beware of ebay, and if you don't know it that well at the moment, learn the tricks. Extend the auction if you need to - make sure you give yourself time to do this.

For what its worth my experience on selling through ebay... a Europa S2, a mint Jaguar XJC and a very nice Renault Alpine Turbo was that (a) You get a lot of watchers and not too many bidders (b) That the final price is probably 10% down on what you'd get via Autotrader BUT the best thing is No messers !! So I think you takes your choice... and I just hate no shows, tyre kickers and people who make stupid offers so its ebay every time for me, IMHO anyway..
