I have just found a Wedge owner 5 minutes from my house. In UK that may or may not be unusual ! but in the States it's certainly against all odds.

Anyway his drivers mirror innards are loose in the pod (mark 2)
anyone know how they are held in!

Two screws, top right and bottom left corner....

However, if the holes are now too big, you could always bond the front back on.

Jeff - Variation on the theme... I spent a year looking, bought one up East and it had just been unloads off the truck when another '86 (in beautiful condition) appeared for sale not more than 2 miles away from my house. At least you have company. Grady

Thanks Mike, I'll convey the info, although I'll probally help him fix it.

Grady, Actually it's "good company" 'cos his son owns a speed shop, always good to have a TVR sympathetic mech for those bits that need a lift.
Did you sort out your seats, the price for recovering '89 vette seats is $850 here in NJ, similar seats to ours, leather centers vinyl down the sides.
