280i A/C Controller
Discussion
Okay, had a funky intermittent issue with my PI system which I fixed by re-affixing the appropriate fuse block terminal that had decided it didn't want to be inside the fuse block. Having the fuse block out, I inspected everything to see that there weren't any other issues. I took a peek inside the A/C control box. The little black box with a very simple circuit board inside. Now I know why my A/C isn't working. A couple of the components on the board are fried. A resistor and two diodes. Easy fix but I can't identify the value of the charred resistor. I could measure it, but then in that condition I don't know that I'm getter a reading of the correct value.
Anyone know about these things? Have a schematic? Have a part out of the car where they could read the resistor code/value? Know where to get a replacement? Where TVR sourced this part from?
Cheers,
- SJ
