Who uses their wedge as a daily driver?

I do, I've only once been left at the side of the road when the rear brakes binded, touching lots of wood ... otherwise been 100% reliable.

that's further than me - although the journey home can often be 30 miles.

Me too for about 3 years now, no problems except when its hissing down!Visibility suffers due to condensation.

When I lived 16 miles from work I used it as my only car for about four years, rain, snow, Sun, or rain. Enjoyed every minute of it!
I also car shared for a year so making the Wedge even more environmentally friendly!
When I moved 80 miles away from work a driveshaft exploded on the second day! Guess she was telling me that was too far! Bought a Mundano and ceased to enjoy life during the commute thereafter!

My 350i is my only car, and I use it every day for commuting and shopping. I've even put my bicycle on the back of it on occasions. It's been very reliable.

Hmm - been wedge commuting for at least 15 years now. 160k miles in wedges, in all weathers.

Used to use my 2.8 Tasmin; bit of a pain in the winter as the heater was crap and demist was what Jamaicans have early in de morning.
Apart from that and the permanent fear that some dozy 2@ would rear-end you at every junction, no worries.
