The lettering from the bottom to the top of a single character looks like 31mm on the one on the boot.
And its a made up typeface. Serpentine looks close but it ain't the monty. I believe that TVR must have had 'em made up from scratch.
Either get a logo scanned and cleaned up in photoshop and then made up as a vector and give that the your vinyl cutting guy or get on the blower to the racegraphics bloke.
