photos/mags help

ive just got of the phone to tvr and found out my 400 was made for the 91 motor show and it was the last one to leave the factory
i wonderd if anyone here has any photos or mags with any info about the motor show and if thay have any photos of the car
if anyones intrested u can phone up tvr give them your chassis no and for 30 pounds+vat thay will send you a a4 copy of the biuld spec and any info on your car like if its had work done at the factory

i was told by the factory that it is not the last one made but is the last one to leave the factory as it was made for the 91 show then when it came back to the factory it was put to one side then finished of after all the other car had left the factory

I'd actually been into TVRs for a while. I passed my test in 1986 (can't believe it's twenty years ago) and promised myself that one day I would own a TVR. Unfortunately, it took me seventeen years. Yours was the first one I'd ever sat in though.
I remember hounding a sales bloke on the stand, asking about second hand 350s, and telling him I hoped to push to a 390. He was pretty much disinterested, thinking I couldn't afford one, especially after I told him I owned an XR2 at the time. He was right though . I still have the brochures he gave me on the day. This is the only other picture I took on the TVR stand - a 430SE:

Think I saw the white 430 on Pheads classifieds about a year ago - I sat in it at the motorshow...

When I did the factory tour back in 1997 there was a full SEAC shell sat on the shelving in one of the parts rooms, very close to the remains of the purple Speed 12 show car. Anyone know if either still exist? Did you spot them last weekend?
