Rear Ride Height. 400SE

Is there any way to adust the rear ride hight of a 400SE other than using Shims or adjustable shocks. I have new avo shocks but they are not height adjustable.

I think I may just have to buy new adustabe shock's, and recomondations, and where the best place to buy them.

I did my 280i rear by inserting rubber rings made of 'insulation rubber' that I cut to size. The stuff you buy from a builders merchant to stop damp going up inside brickwalls - it is rubber with a rope/flax type cord in it. Worked well, and made the ride less harsh.

Just trying to get as much info as pos to get the beast fully sorted.

Much cheaper and better to buy the correct length of springs.
