Where can I get......

one of them none return / slow return valve things for the vac advance pipe on my 400 hotwire. from what I can see it pulls advance but only slowly as it restricts the vacuum. The only things its says on it are 'made in USA' 'dist and carb!!' the old one has fallen apart I removed it just put the vac pipe straight through but Wedge is not just the same so I want to get a new one, dont even know what its called cus I is fick

I took mine off, it caused all sorts of problems, and the car runs better than ever without it. (Stock 350i FHC). When mine failed it turned into a non-return valve instead of slow return, so you could in theory obtain the same behaviour by placing a small hole in parallel with the one-way valve thingy. I can tell you Rimmers or Famous Four don't sell them. Let us know if you find a source.
