Calling stainless ... need some brackets made

Had enough of the headlights wobbling while driving, and not closing nicely, so I thought I'd try making some of the limit stop brackets from alluminium alloy.

They are almost impossible to setup without the screws being welded. Don't suppose anyone fancies making me a set in stanless - I can supply an engineering drawing, and some cash. I don't think theres much point in using mild steel, as the bolts in that bit of the car seem to have a lifespan of around 1 winter.

i can make stainless stuff - have tig etc
petrol tanks and so on are a bit much , but brackets etc no problem

Referring to your picture do the ally brackets have clearance holes? If they were tapped then they would hold the screws in almost as well as being welded in.
Not sure if I've understood the problem.
Just a thought.

Good idea, made new brackets with tapped holes and 242 (blue) threadlock.

Glad it helped. Sometimes it just needs a view from a different perspective to spot the obvious. Can't see the wood for the trees and all that!
BTW stainless next to ally is meant to be bad for galvanic corrosion. Brass screws would do though.
