Wheel geometry settings (again)

Can anybody give me the 'correct' geometry settings for the fronts and rears for the 450SE

I fear that I might have knocked the back wheel out a little on the passenger side after my 'days of thunder' type spin on the weekend.

Mike, I got these from the factory c. 5 yrs. ago, for my 400se, which should be identical to those for the 450se:

Caster: 3.5 - 4.0 deg. pos.
Camber (F) 1.0 deg. neg.
Camber (R) 1.0 - 1.5 deg. neg.
Toe (in) (F) 0.50 deg.
Toe (in) (R) 2MM - don't know why MM not deg!

I think they mean just a little bit.
2mm on 15inch rims = 0.30 degrees = 18 minutes
2mm on 17inch rims = 0.27 degrees = 16 minutes
Either way it's just a smidge toe in.

Hi,
Any one know the correct ride hight, as this should be set 1st at it will affect the set-up.

I think the rear ride height should be set to give neutral squat/lift under acceleration, which might mean the A frame tie bars have to be horizontal. maybe - i'm just thinking out loud.
