engine choking at high revs

Not sure its the same symptoms but had a coil do that to me. Couldn't get above 2.5K revs.

Knackered fuel pump, clogged up fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator (normally not the case, except if rising rate....), ECU.

Bobo, some more detail would be good. Don't lash out loads of dosh at a garage i'm sure it can be sorted here first.

Booker, dose the car idle ok?
Dose it cut out with light or heave throtle.
We could do with more info but it could be on the ignition side rather than fuel.
