As we seem to have several threads now running - all seemingly covering the same subjects - I have opened this new thread to let you know that I have just come off the phone to ECH and they are happy to have us back and they have 21/22 & 28/29 July available although there is a wedding party of 50 using the hotel on the 28/29 but there are still 80 rooms available is this enough?

That's superb news..
We had around 50 ~ 60 rooms this year and about 70 ~ 80 last year ..
less this year due to Back Home clash.
now dont be organising it on a TVRCC 60th Birthday bash day will you 
If ECH are happy for us to go back & haven't imposed any sanctions on our behaviour, sorry Dicky' & Mike's behaviour, it gets my vote.
If the intent is to go to Silverstone lets book it now. They have enough rooms now but it would only take a relatively small chunk of business to change that.
The only concern I have with Silverstone is the time the racing finishes for the guys with a long way to go home.

Hey it wasn't us who managed to leave a SEAC half way up a banking covered in Police tape!
Me and Dicky were on our best behaviour all weekend!
