280i/Tasmin - K-Jetronic Interchange and Engine Gaskets

Anyone know anything about sources of parts and/or interchange information for the Bosch K-Jetronic system/s (US and non-US versions) used on the 280i/Tasmin Ford 2.8i motor? I'd love to have a part number list for the all the components and a list of interchange parts, if there are any. I'm guessing that at least some of the K-Jetronic bits used on the 2.8i motor were used on other K-Jetronic applications and vice versa. Any good sources for these bits?

Any good sources of gaskets for the 2.8i specific bits? I've read where some of the gaskets from US-market vehicles that used a variant of this motor family, like the Ford Ranger and Bronco II, match up directly, but there're others than clearly won't, like the inlet plenum gaskets. Sources for these bits? Other interchange information?

Yes, and Porsches, VWs, and...? Are any parts from these other systems direct or near-subs to the system fitted to the 2.8i Cologne?
