Front spoiler

Can anybody tell me where I might be able to buy a replacement lower front spoiler, you know, the black plastic thingy that bottom's out on speed humps all the time?

I use self tappers and tie wraps on mine, so it's fairly easy to get off and still strong enough to snap when you hit high kerbs

Uh, looks like my car might be missing this as I dont have one. DOes it rivet to the lower edge of the front valance? Just got some manky looking rivet heads left on mine...
