He doesn't give a prize certificate so you need to contact him direct (easier said than done though).

No worries Steve - I'm not known for my speed or efficiency, but I get there in the end

Sounds like me at the moment...
Speed - no chance, since BBWF I''ve progressed from one stick to 2 crutches
Efficiency - not much - 25 painkiller tablets a day take care of that!
Get there in the end - well hopefully the NHS will in 2007, having cancelled my operation in 2006
