That gear knoob looks like somthing I used to have on my old Amiga.

maybe the buttons control the missile launchers, smoke screen, machine gun and knives in the wheel hubs?

I think I can safely say that this particular 280i does NOT reflect the taste of 99.9 percent of Americans. When I first saw this car, I almost became sick. It is undoubtedly the pentultimate example of bad taste in how to accessorize a car. I spoke yesterday with a fellow who was actually going to look at the car with the possibility of buying it and he didn't care for all the gaudy stuff on it either, but recognized there might be a decent car underneath all that crap. It may take him six months to remove all the tackiness from the car and uncover the 'rose' underneath. He's supposed to report back to me after he checks the car out. Let's hope he can rescue it from its current life of ugliness!!!

Well the good news is that it should be a bargaining point to buy the car at a somewhat lower price!.

You could always take off the shift knob and usit on Apache Gunship 2 for the PC
