battery replacement

my battery is duff and needs replacing,what do these mean type et3, wo75te, 605cca and 60ahr.this is written on the top of the battery,if wrong what do i need and were can i get one from without needing a second mortgage.

New battery will cost you between £40 & £50.
If you search through posts over the past few months, this topic has been done to death.

hi jon i asked the same question 3 weeks ago and ended up buying a
Bosch 096 ! 12v 72ah cca 720 (it will phisically fit) it cost me
£55 for my 4.0ltr wedge, getting the old slightly bigger battery out wasn't easy but the new one just sliped in no probs, ask for a bosh silver 096 and it will be perfect!
(the terminals are the other way around but my leads had plenty on them to reach)

Boscheses, or however its said, here too also and very good it is an all. Though my terminals are the right way around and the car is not here at the mo to get the number.
