OZ Wheel Centre Caps

Can someone tell me what the diameter is for the centre cap on a 5 spoke OZ wheel?

OK - I measured mine at the weekend.

168 MM Diameter.

Centre indentation for TVR Logo is 90 MM.

I will have a go at making some myself too.

Thanks Rev. I might go to a fabricator and get some made up, there's a sheet metal place where I am, they made my outriggers and chassis plates for me at a good price. I'll keep you updated. I'm nore concerned about the screws and bolts which need replacing as they are rusted.

I had originally thought they could be made of stainless steel but whilst the finish will be good - they will rattle like made.

You could put some foam stickies between the plate and wheel though.

I'll make one and post a picture up - and try it on my wheels.

Well - I had a go at making some out of Resin.. the bottom
turned out pretty good.. but the middle was too thin and broke
and the top and sides were less than acceptable.

The only way I can see to make they would be to have a complicated 2 piece mould with high pressure vacuum injection..

So that is sadly beyond what I can do..
