Power Steering Fluid

Any idea what sort / grade/ brand to use ??

For a 350i, the Service book lists the following:
BP - Dexron II
Castrol - Dexron II
Esso - Esso Automatic Fluid
Mobil - 220 (Dexron)
Shell - Dexron
Texaco - Dexron II

You would think it would be the same for a 450SE, wouldn't you? However, the 450 owner's manual doesn't have a listing for these.

I use Slick 50 power steering fluid.
It was recommended by a TVR dealer in NE England when I had a small weep from a seal, as "worth a try before sending the rack for re-conditioning" .
I drained and refilled the steering fluid, the leak gradually stopped over a few hundred miles, and it has run many thousands of miles since without using any fluid.

No leaks, I just need a top up, I may give that a go but is it compatable with other fluid ??
