Door Hinge Bushes

Has anyone tried recently to get hold of the nylon bushes in the door hinge? I've tried David Gerald and TVRcarparts but they don't seem to have any. "FrenchTVR" kindly supplied me with a drawing for the bush and I got them made out of nylon only to find they were the wrong size. Apparently there are two different sizes 
My hinge bolt is 12.7mm in diameter while the bushes I have had made have a bore of 11.94mm
I now have four bushes that should fit a 1987 TVR350i (according to FrenchTVR's profile) but really want some that fit a 1985 model. Has anyone got any of these or can they point me in the right direction? I'm happy to let these bushes go to a good home if someone can help me out in return

I would use nylon personaly. 1 as thats the origonal spec I belive, 2 its got superior self lubricating properties, and finaly 3 if you use the wrong acetal you may find you end up with a seized door when the bush gets wet!

Nylon is hygroscopic as well...
Thanks for the response chaps. I could ream them out but the outside diameter may also be different so I'm going to hang on to them for the moment. I could get the other size bush made but without dimensions it could be difficult! Now if someone could give me dimensions for the other bush I could go into business 
Nylon-66 absorbs 20% by weight of water! not so good for outdoors stuff methinks.
The black plastic bushes that RT sells for the rear A frame suspension are 12.7mm inner dia - so you could just buy them, and they seem to be made of black POM, so water stable, and self lubricating. Outside diameter will be the same as the bushes too - can't recall what it is though.

Now I just happen to have a set of said A frame bushes in my hot and sticky hands, don't ask... Very-near measurement, near enough, confirms the 12.7 mm ID (of the stainless sleeve) and gives 27.05 mm OD. They are also 51 mm long.
According to the Wedge Automotive 1999 catalogue I payed £159.95+VAT for eight bushes. Wish I'd put the money towards a lathe instead!
