Will 16" Tuscan race wheels fit on the front of a Wedge?

Will 16" Tuscan race wheels fit on the front of a Wedge?

I currently have the 16" wheels on the back of my wedge and am contemplating a set for the front. Will they fit and what tyre size would I need?

No - Tyres on the 16's I have are 245's.
I would need a different tyre size if I were to put them on the front - prob 225's with a lower profile to take account of the 1" larger rim size.

DP400 has 16's all round and I have a set of 16's to go on the back of mine .

I know that he sports

225/45/16 on thr front
245/45/16 on the back.

Asked him when I first got the rear set of 16's that I still havent put on yet.

I have run 245's on the front and the rears. a little clearance issues with some of the bodywork, but they will fit.

Sounds like it might be worth a trial fit, if only to see how bad the fit issues are?

Can be quite bad - they can rub through the inner wing at the front or the wheel arch. At the rear, the rims can touch the tank or tie bar. On some cars it is very much an issue and on others, less so.

The 520 runs 245/45/16 at the back and 225/45/16 on the front when on the road. It did need a 5 mm spacer at the back though.

I'd be looking at 225/40/16 tyres on the front but I don't know if they'd look silly on a 9inch wide rim - and again, I don't know if they'd catch.

Rears are fine - No problems whatsoever. Tim Lamont fitted the 16" rears when he used to own it so I guess any potential rubbing issues on the rear would have been properly resolved.

Obviously I only need them as spares for my rear 16's
