As I (400SE) and Johno (Griff. 500) arrived at about 1.20 today, a silver and green 350i (VFR plate) was just leaving. Car sounded great on the way out up the hill. Are you in Kent?
Then had a bit of a play with a DB7 Vantage on the way home - sounded good but he didn't like roundabouts much!

it's cold on the pinky toes this time of year .... few more months then I can bin them. Hi Paul. Yes it was me with the green and silver wedge. Sorry I didn't stop to say hello - I was just leaving in convoy with the Dutch group with one of their members on-board, so couldn't really stop. Next time though! I think you missed most of the cars as there were only a handful left when you arrived. Earlier on in the day, the carpark was totally packed with everything from the humblest of Jeeps to Ferrari F40's and Lambos.
Jamie, was nice to meet you too, although sorry I didn't catch up with you again for a better chat. Again, maybe next time!
Andy390SE, I did see you arrive but you was amongst a big group of cars all waiting to park so I didn't want to stop you. Very nice Wedge, hope you enjoyed the meet.
All in all, I thought it was a really nice meet and bought together some really nice cars and allowed a lot of people to put names to faces. The venue perhaps wasn't the best, however it served its purpose and almost forced owners of 200k cars to park next to £500 cars, which I think is a good thing! The cafe did very well I think, catering for perhaps 200 extra people even though it wasn't much bigger than a phone box. Credit to them!

I liked the sandwich as well as the line up. I met so much PHers I missed quite some nice cars.
Oh well, next time.

I like it over the Chim because of the more sporty feel. Chim is more of a cruiser. Longer wheelbase and all . . .
The Blue wedge sounded glorious.

We so have to get you into a TVR before the year is out Albert! I feel the TVR pulling force of Blackpool aan der Rijn is going to extend beyond Utrecht before long ;-) They do a 4 seater too remember, as long as your daughters don't grow too tall in the near future!
