OZ Wheels For a 350i?

Can 16" OZ's off an SE be swapped for the standard lattice type originals on a 350i without the need for any mods?

However there may be clearance problems because the split-rims on the 400/450 were 8" (or 8.5" as an option) wide, compared to 7" wide on the 350. Try before you buy if possible.

I have the wheels which are in need of a refurb though I may be interested in the rim nuts & bolts if you have them.
