I've put it on the spotted forum, but just in case.......
Who was the blue wedge on the M4 yesterday. Heading for Swindon (between J16 & J17) in a downpour. I'm sure it was a SEAC, but I was on the opposite carrigeway so it's possible I was mistaken. Twas definatly a BBW though, no mistaking that fact.
