I'm after a 400se. Time for a return to he lunacy of wedgedom.

yes yes yes, I know you all told me so, and wedging is the way ahead. The chimaera has been faultless (apart from a throttle switch :-))

Keep em peeled chaps, I'll take ropey ones too. Has to be a 400though....budget about £6k max but don't inform Mrs Silverback as my 'official' max is 5k - I'm learning from badred's £89 budget

Wouldnt you consider upping your budget and buying a lovely 450SE from the TVR Centre?

You need to shop in Staffordshire Mike you would be surprised what you can buy for £89 ... five new wheels, tyres, complete SS exhaust fecking hell a £ goes a very long way up here

Who knows combine, who knows. It all depends on if it behaves itself and my eyes don't wander. The only reason the 390se went was that my eyes found a lovely V8S which, in my opinion was my best tvr yet, and wouldn't have sold that but I needed a bit of a cash injection. Saying that I liked the blue 390, but strangely was slower than the V8S.

Badred - I'll work on it, it all depends on whether a 400 comes up, I know what I want which is a bonus, it all depends if any other projects pop up in the meantime.
