Yeah, I was wondering the same. Its certainly a unique car, with its 400SE front. Even small details like having an integral rear bumper and slightly different arches and sills would have made it more desirable for a Wedger who wants to be a little bit "different".
Perhaps it has already sold and the owner just hasn't bothered to remove the advert? Or perhaps theres something else wrong with it, like the outriggers being rusty? Who knows...
Theres also a silver 350i with green interior for sale at just over 4k which I'm surprised to still see for sale. It has a great description, 51k, daily driver, imaculate chassis, S/S exhaust, PAS, 4 new tyres, most other consumables recently overhauled. For 4k, that car is a bargin compared to some of the other rusty MG's and Triumphs out there. (and no, I don't know the owner!).

This is my car, and I've just reduced the price to £3,950. Mechanically it is sound, it just needs some cosmetic tidying, but nothing that couldn't be done at home.
