Wedge is ready for MOT!

Succeeded in a doing all the stuff on the MOT to do list! That is a first, and in the nearly finished garage as well. Last checks tomorrow morning (ignition timing, etc.) and then off for a long awaiting journey (better call it a journey as a 300km testdrive isn't really a testdrive anymore). Lost of fun, and hopefully nothing MOT-failure like shows up, and then in for MOT on Thursday.
I even covered the hole made in the bellhousing to replace the clutch release lever. So no risk of wrecking the clutch due to 'items' entering via the home made access.
No time yet to wash, wax and polish. It must be like 2 years ago, but I rather drive or fix 'zwelgje' - I am not the polishing kind.
Hopefully the CO is not as high as two years ago (>8%), and took a very fast drive and a lot of fiddling to get to <4.5% (Dutch MOT regulation). Wasn't a problem in the past as without checking anything it always had less, like 3.5 and 2.5%. Wedges always surprise us, don't they?

Hi Dan, just back from a few days visiting family close to Winterswijk. AND getting the wedge through MOT. It passed, no issues and had a nice chat with the mechanics.
21 April: Have to check for the date, probably by then are preparing the wedge for a drifting course, and don't know yet if it will be on the road :-( If you pass Belgium on your way to Alphen, just let me know, perhaps you can briefly visit as I am not living far from the E17 motorway Gent-Antwerp.
