Does anyone have a clue why my dashboard lights are not working? They didn't work when i purchased the car. I tried the fuse but that is not the problem and there is no sign of current at the brightness switch.
cheat and remove the brightness switch :-) I've removed mine as it had melted but also there was an iffy connection on the back of the headlight switch. Have you looked behind there? IIRC the two are connected. Any voltage at any of the brightness switch connections?
