I'd be interested to see the dynoplot, though... 270 - 300BHP from a 3.9 is really going for it!



An average 5.0 does 285 Horse.

Ha thats one of my old cars - owned it during 1992/94.



It was owned initially by Giles Cooper who undertook a number of modifications on the car including exhaust, casm etc but the owner before me burst the crank and a 3.9 and the carbs were installed by TVR Power as a result. From memory it had a TVR embossed series 11 rear bumper. The power was in the 300 bracket and went like stink over 2500 rpm when I had it. David Gerald ran this car for some time in a racing series from memory and I will always have fond memories of the car as the steering column snapped on the morning of my wedding day - should have listened



Well worth the money if it is still in good condition.
