I don't think it's a roll-bar and is probably part of the allow wheel behind the SEAC.
My roll-bar is behind the glass line and it only just provides adequate clearance for my head.

No rollbar fitted yet,its on my things to do list.
I'm just enjoying driving the car this summer.The winter months will give me plenty of opportunity to make things
