Saw Stratford on Avon flooded out on the news just now. So thought it be wise to start this thread.

Please keep fellow Wedgers up to date with any closed/flooded routes to the fest here. Hopefully it'll subside by the weekend though.

As it's been mostly hot and dry here in our part of the US, I'll try to bring some of that weather with me when I come to help dry things out. (Just don't blame me if it doesn't work 100%)

Planning to go down the fosse early tomorrow from Lutterworth to Tetbury then turn right for Dursley , wonder if there's any chance of making it as I will only have 3- 4 inches ground clearance on the '7' .

The weather forecast for next weekend doesn't look too good but it looks like being dry mid-week which might help. I won't be bringing my wedge if it's going to be tipping down as I need a new hood, although I do have a car cover which would help overnight.

I hope the carpark round the back is big enough, but still looking forward to drinkbeerburgerbeermusicdrinksillydrunk whatever's coming down from above biggrin

Just add a few more LBS to the tyre pressure & you'll float in fine.

Right, for those harbingers of doom & gloom I have been to view Ettington Chase today, and driven all around the area, and around the Cotswolds to Evesham and back - and I am pleased to inform you all that there is currently NO FLOODING that will effect Wedgefest!

I will post pictures tomorrow, once I get my camera cable back!
But rest assured there was nothing to worry about near Ettington today!

That is certainly good news Gandalf, as I would hate to travel all that way to have Wedgefest "washed away". But I like to think we wedge owners are a hearty group and we wouldn't let a little rain get in our way, would we?

See you all there this coming weekend.

Nice one Steve,

It has been on my mind since watching the news tonight.

Game on!

Perhaps you had better start revealing " The suprises"?

Wee man.
