He needs a Power Steering Rack for his 400 and he needs it NOW !!

No. you cant pinch one of a Granada
No. RT has not got one
No. TVR Carparts have not got one in
No. his old one cant be rebuilt

On my old wedge (now PWD95's) The rack was so knackered, it too couldn't be rebuilt. I went for a bog standard rover SD1 power steering rack and swapped the few oil pipes over - it would seem that this is the only difference.
and yes, I have just spoken to Blaine...

Rimmer Bros do SDi PAS racks for £90 plus a £50 surcharge if you don't exchange. There are 4 different types.

Mine has a standard SD1 PS pump,

But you may want to by the pump with the rack so you know they are compatible.

Give Dave Mac Propshafts a call - 02476 683 239 (Coventry)
They can get you an SD1 rack to match yours and then its just a matter of swapping a couple of pipes over.
