my fan runs all the time just took out head light pod to get to the switch on the side of the rad and some dick has soldered the bloody thing in the rad dont want to damaged rad as this was fitted just before i got the car any brain waves on what to do cheers

Had mine sealed up. Fitted an in line temp sensor. I understand that you can get probe type as well. Have you proved the switch?

Hi,most kit car suply companies do an adjustable thermoswitch that just strap onto a pipe,metal pipe on a wedge is good,put it on and trial and error useing temp.gauge will sort it.tempus

Do a google search on revotech - the do a neat adjustable fan controller..

I have one for my second fan (14 inch)
